Satya Niketan, Hudson Lane, HKV and Kamla Nagar are some of the localities with cray options in cafes and are pretty affordable as well.

Try Satya Niketan it has many reasonable option but mind u only some which are food based don't serve hookah and all...like Cafeteria and co, Qd's......a very newly opened Cafe Daddys Call. It is a very good place as it is with good dark dancing concept due to newly opened it is also not much crowded. You can also try Hongkong as it serves Chinese and Thai food but dancing is not possible there.

Tera Vita in Khan Market looks amazing and you should check it out for a snack perhaps as it's not really affordable. For affordable options, you can check out Big Yellow Door or Rico's in North Campus.
