There are 8-10 nurseries near chhatarpur metro station when u move from the station towards mahipalpur, there u can get many plant options as well as pots.

You should definitely go to Pantool bridge, near to Mayur vihar phase 1 metro station. At this moment, they are selling plants and tools at much cheaper rates because their lease has ended with govt. Also you can go to the Ghazipur mandi, there's a great variety

If u move a little ahead of Delhi, near Vaishali metro station you will find a large number of nurseries selling different kinds of plants, exotic as well as the regular ones. However, you need to bargain hard over there.
