Barring few places, everything is pretty much open . Totally up to you to go wherever you want. Do take precautions though.

If you badly want to get of your house, you can go to nearby places or cafes. Hill stations are open and accepting tourism. Gotravist and hosteller are sites which can started taking bookings for 6 nights and 7 days stay or less and they are pretty safe and present almost in all hill stations and even in other cities. You can visit their Instagram page. I am myself have stayed in them they are in perfect conditions and are following all the procedures of sanitation. ( recommended to stay in and healthy away from all the crowded places). You can also go through so Delhi app and Instagram page to know the best places to visit near your location

It is better to stay home but as you wish to go out then you can go for long drive and don’t forget your mask and you must carry sanitiser with you!

I assume Himachal and Uttarakhand are open for travel. Goa as well.

Centrally monitored Monuments are open now, so that could be an option. Khan Market is also open so you can check that out as well. But if you do plan to step out make sure you take all the necessary precautions.
