I did meditation for approximately 10 minutes. Initially I found it super difficult to focus your mind at one place. But After practising it daily, It worked great for me. As I have become calmer and I have got clarity in my thought process.
I do it 15 minutes everyday and I have been doing this for almost 5 months now. To be honest, it can be boring at first to even spare those 15 minutes and do this but trust me it will be helpful for you in long term. It helps you relax.
