I believe, IELTS is not so complex exam. There are number of youtube videos that you can watch and prepare, if you're not willing to spend your money on coaching. 1- Practice speaking in english in front of the family and friends. 2- Learn 5-6 new vocab words. 3- Try reading one single article daily. And you're good to go!
