I wake up every morning with anxiety. I am working for basic needs like my own home. I have very limited resources, skills and salary. I've made plans but I feel demotivated and I fear failure.

Top AnswerAlways talk to some of your friends and just ask them to listen all your sorrows. This will help you getting rid of the anxiety and be strong during the tough times!

Do share about your feelings with your close friend or the one whom you trust & feel comfortable with. By sharing your problems you can overcome your stress & anxiety. I hope this process will help you.
