Yes yulu bikes are functional.. Yulu is a great way to go around the city and explore the areas! They're fun and v convenient to handle as well. Just make sure to check the battery percentage before choosing the bike!

Also, the yulu docking stations are located in v less distances which makes it more easy to take from one station and park at the next one
