I don't think there is any but you should definitely make a schedule in such a way that you revise everything atleast thrice and just stay confident. All the best.

I would suggest relying on these speakers won't make much difference untill you motivate yourself. Making a schedule and studying is the ultimate way. Snooze social media life for sometime if you scroll feed a lot.
