1. Lal Tibba
This is the highest point of the highest peak in Mussoorie! Nested on the Landour Road, Lal Tibba provides beautiful scenic views all around. You can check out Badrinath, Kedarnath, Tibet Border and all the beautiful mountain ranges from this point, thanks to the municipality telescope that's there! Untouched from commercialization - this place is perfect for some much need peace and tranquility!
2. Cloud's End
Named after a centuries old hotel, this one is simply beautiful! Lying about 5 kms away from Library Bazaar, this place is difficult to reach ‘cause of the kutcha raasta but the end result is so worth the hike *content sigh*! Lush greenery leading to milky clouds - could there by anything better that that?! Also the hike makes for some amazing insta-worthy clicks so check it out!
3. Camel Back Road
Camel Back Road is basically a 3 km nature walk from Library Point that ends at Kurli Bazaar! The place gets its name from the rocky outcrop which is in the shape of a camel’s hump *how cool*! The place leads to a peaceful and lovely walk and is actually a paradise for joggers! With abundant greenery and a cool breeze, you'd always cherish a cup of tea served here.
4. Happy Valley
This place is known for being the first home of the 14th Dalai Lama and is famous for its Tibetan Sanctuaries, Company Garden and IAS Academy. You can see the whole of Mussoorie with George Everest's house on one side and the Himalayan ranges on the other!
5. Company Garden
Company Garden is located only 3 kms away from the Mall Road and is a famous and absolutely perfect picnic spot! With artificial waterfalls, variety of colourful flowers, boating and so much to see & do at this place, it should be on every traveller's bucket list! The ambience and liveliness of this place makes it perfect for a full-on fam jam.
6. Kempty Falls And Jharipani Waterfall
Mussoorie has two very famous waterfalls - Kempty Falls and Jharipani and they’re both beautiful in their own way! You’d find Jharipani less crowded (albeit totally beautiful) as compared to Kempty Falls - for this place has its own charm that still continues to draw people so check it out ASAP.
7. Gun Hill
Gun Hill is the second highest peak of Mussoorie and is connected via road as well as the cable cars *heart eyes*! Located 400 ft. above the Mall Road, this place is a photographer’s paradise! With the beautiful Himalayan range and Doon Valley all around it, this place CANNOT be missed!
