Jaiveer in paschim vihar serves some great jalebi , if you like it thin and crisp. Although you can only get it during winters

Old Famous Jalebi Wala Undoubtedly the best Jalebi in Delhi. Old Famous Jalebi Wala in Chandni Chowk is widely popular for Jalebi and Samosa. The Jalebis are large in portion adn cooked in Desi Ghee. The crisp, golden-brown Jalebis are amazingly delicious and juicy.
