Where can I get Melting Moment (its a dessert which you usually get in cafe coffee day square) but they stopped serving it?

I think Melting Moments was basically ice cream served on top of a cake. You can find something similar at Chilli's. They have this Chocolate Molten Cake and I'm sure you're gonna like it

So it's not exactly the same dish because it's a separate place. But Honey & Dough's Choco Lava is pretty close to what was served here.
