There are plenty of good markets for that like Sarojini, Karol Bagh but I would suggest you to visit Boho Bazaar that is happening from 20-23 Dec at JLN. You will find out plenty of good things there at a discounted rate. They also have a great discount on mostly everything like bags, clothes etc. It comes only once in a year, so you must visit.
