Top AnswerTwo of my go to places to have waffles in South Delhi are Wafflesome (GK) and Rose Cafe. Wafflesome has a huge variety of crispy waffles and is pretty affordable. Rose Cafe, being a fancy cafe in Saket is a bit expensive, but the vibe and the taste is something you are not going to regret at all.
