Probability of 3rd phase is 90% but lockdown's probability is 50%

Wave 3 is arriving by September as per the prediction. Lockdown probability is less than 50%.

In the month of September or October but chances of lockdown would be very low as third wave would be less severe because many people have got vaccination.
