Fruits will help
Fruits,salad,8glass of water
Drink atleast 3 to 4 litre water in a day Eat less spicy food Eat healthy avoid oily food
Fruits and 0 chilli food
Orange, a lot of water, fresh fruits and veggies, green leafy veggies especially
All types of green vegetables 😋👌🏻. And pulses.
Fruit salad helps. Even putting in betroot in your diet helps in glowing skin.
Good sleep and gallons of water
Drink lots of water and eat amla everyday✨❤
