I think in a situation like this, the best thing to do would be to not think of him as any different. Try to keep the conversation easy and natural. Talk about everyday topics - like current events, news, entertainment (sports or movies), hobbies, interests and, maybe general knowledge. You can never go wrong with any of these topics. I would like even dive deeper to form a friendship with him. :)

Approach the person as you would anyone else; speak directly to the person, using clear, simple communication. Treat persons who are adults as adults. Do not patronize, condescend, or threaten when communicating with the person. Do not make decisions for the person or assume that you know the person's preferences

I would say treating them the same way like we treat the other people is the best. We need to show acceptance. Talking about regular life, studies, love, family and friends would make him absolutely comfortable.

I think so u should not make him feel like u r trying to avoid topics pertaining to his disabilities. Like get it out of the way and ask some stuff about how his life changed etc too and yeah then go ahead to being usual. Plus it MIGHT BE a good idea not to talk about god and stuff coz he might be cursing him everyday for making him different

I guess first you should talk normally, and how he is and how he is dealing with the lockdown and keeping it normal. Trying making him comfortable and try normalising it. We know it hurts to see someone this way but it’s important that the person believes in himself try helping him believe in himself and make him feel good about himself by talking about things he is actually good at. And that makes him feel good.

First of all we should make this clear that he's not different. He's just the same like other children and even more stronger than others and then motivate him the same way we'll deal with a normal child. I would have probably told him that God believes him more than others and loves him extra that's why he had given this challenge to him because he knows that this child will definitely overcome all his struggles. Inner peace and satisfaction can help individual in any problem He's perfect in his own way and should be proud. God made everyone in his own perfect way and we should appreciate God's creation.

I think just make him comfortable by talking with him normally like we do with regular people. It will make him feel that he is no different than others.
