Talk about it. Don't keep it all in your head. Discuss those feelings with someone you trust
Talking to your friends really help, they will make you feel that it is not there.
Be Positive, Discuss the problem with your family or friends. Get your vehicle's keys with you and go for a drive or ride. Take actions of your good plans. Don't compare yourself with others. Thinking is good overthinking is not. If you think it's good just do it.
Think about how you have achieved so many things and how you have been making everything up till now, that might help
