My favourite has to be the traditional one where you roast it in some ghee, salt and pepper at home. If that seems like a task, then you could try the Roasted ones from Wonderland Foods.

Recently during this lockdown I discovered this amazing brand called Mr. Makhana. You should definitely try that out. Moreover I believe nothing can stand close to the makhanas we roast at our homes. Healthy yet tasty!
