I've given more attention to my skin and I cleanse and exfoliate my skin regularly now. Apart from it I've included some weekly DIY facials and manicure/ pedicure regimes
Eating ghar ka khana and exercising
I have started eating healthy. No junk food at all.
Go for brisk walks
Cardio and watching your food proportions.
