You should check out The Rose Cafe, BAE The Bistro (Kalkaji) and BYD (Dwarka) as this one has a rooftop seating area.

Check out the social noida in DLF mall of India, it's newly opened so there isn't much crowd and the place is just lovely that gives a retro 80's-90's with live screening of songs and movies on the projector. Definitely check this out if you haven't.
