Top AnswerCP HKV are a bit too crowded specially considering the pandemic, you could try Ansal Plaza, there was a time this was the only mall in the city but now, it sits there in isolation, with some nice restaurant and bars in there much less visited so, if you're looking to find people, CP and HKV would be your best bet.
Some places you can look for in Ansal plaza are : Sky High and limitless.

Delhi is all about its night life, you can visit to different clubs, have your dinner at cp/ pandara road.

You can visit cp and hauz khaz village. There are some places to hangout with good bar and cafes to eat too

You can visit cp and hauz khas village for a good walk and food. You can also have a yulu ride in cp.
