Static Streching after that take a bath and atlast eat a lot of food I mean what your PT suggests you i.e Diet Chart.
Spend atleast 10-15 mins stretching & massaging your muscles, it is a good way to relax your body.
Do some cooling exercises after your intense workout and then drink looooads of water. After you dry off, get into the hot shower and relax.
Put hot watee bags around sore areas. Take a massage with hot oil.. let it rest for an hour or two.. then take a nice hot water bath

Make sure you drink loads of water coz it releases a lot of muscle tension. If your feet feel sore, dip them in lukewarm salt water in a bucket for about half an hour. You'll definitely feel relieved.
Hydration, take rest , ice bath and stretching
just have a glass full of lemon juice and water with pinch of black salt ! No sugar and water should be room temprature or will catch cold ! you will be energised
