Well sweating is good , but if you wanna avoid it ,temporarily you can keep a hand towel with you and use Talcum powder . For permanent results eat less sweets, avoid caffeine and stay hydrated .

It's actually okay
Sweating is good for health
Don't need to or don't try to control it
Just keep a towel with you and keep your hydrated 😊

Just go to the gym and take selfies and send snaps that's how you can sweat less .....
But keep in mind that your body will be in the worst condition my frnd ! GYM = SWEAT = HARDWORK = SUCCESS !

If you workout, you will definitely sweat, even the AC is on full stream, I like sweating when I'm working out, it shows how much hard work you are doing.
