Since our screen time has increased drastically, try drinking lots of water, exercise, sleep well and wash your eyes every hour.

Do a 5 minutes nadhi-shodna pranayam before eating or drinking water for some while. It will help. You can perform this everyday also for a calm mind ☺️
Give yourself a relaxing head massage and justa take a nap and relax
Drink tons of water and rest your eyes from looking at too many screens. (Mobile/laptop/TV)
You can also make yourself some soothing tea. Oddly enough that helps me.
Try meditation and stay away from electronic gadgets. Give your eyes and yourself a break. Also try an ice pack
