Listen to music. It really helps in every situation

You can do deep breathing or talk to your friends.
Just think you have to do it one or the other day so why not now and go with flow
Think positive and stay confident
When you have to attend a big event, anxiety comes naturally to you. So the person should focus more on keeping herself/himself calm. And thinking positive is the best key.
I think it is natural and necessary, makes you realise you are about to do something big and changing. You will feel relaxed when it pass, until then breathing, faking a smile and confident body posture is all you can do. Tbh!
Just breathe and tell yourself you are well prepared and you will do good
just close your eyes and breathe for a moment
