As it’s not safe going outside so I would suggest you can arrange a ME-time at your balcony or Terrace with low music of your taste and with a cup of hot coffee. It will be helpful and peaceful.
If you really want to step out you can go for a walk to a park (when it's not crowded).. as walking clears head (at least for me) but don't forget to wear your mask and take safety precautions.
