The market is open but I doubt there will be any effect on the prices here at the moment. As it's still pretty early to say anything. Plus, I'd suggest you should wait for a while as it's more advisable to avoid travelling under the given circumstances.

Yes it is open... No effect on prices... It will take time for the prices to go down.. And I don't think it is safe as the infected rate is still growing exponentially with no sign of vaccine in the near future
