I worked at T3, so here is what I found over the yrs - domestic duty-free doesn't have much difference in rate as outside. They do have better quality products and better variety. However, International duty-free is tax-free so the price difference is good. Also, you may hardly find all the product outside the duty-free. Hence, worth exploring.

Only duty free shop is cheaper rest all shops have normal prices.

Actually price doesn’t differ much in domestic airport in india but they do in international.
