Go to the mountains for a trip with an unknown group or solo for at least a week. Worked for me hope the same for you

Talk to someone close to you and share your thoughts . Try writing down your thoughts in a diary . Also, i would suggest doing "Wim-Hof guided breathing method" on youtube .

Do some physical exercise, walk / run in the park in the early morning sunlight. Your depression will fade away. Thanks and by the way do it and motivate me also. πŸ₯΄πŸ•ΊπŸ»

Do something which makes you happy... It can be listening music, go for a movie or a drink, anything you always wanted to do... Try something different

Do what your heart says. If you want to talk to someone.. please talk. And if you don't wanna talk.. then take your time. Involve yourself in the hobbies or the activities you enjoy. Do excercise, go for long walks.. excercising release happy hormones n it makes you feel good. And... Please do consult a doctor as they are the experts.
