Upma, Soya sticks, Oats, Oats bread
Add paneer, Sweetcorn, cucumber, onion, tomatoes in a bowl. Add salt, chilli powder, cream and chaat masala. Mix it together. You will get yummy healthy snack. You can eat it like that only otherwise you can make a sandwich of it or sub of it.

Chia seeds, dry fruits, walnuts , oats cookies
Go for fruits and dry fruits
