Nobody ever regrets a workout. Fitness is a lifelong practice. Just do the first half. Soem quotes thay help me, and you can find some awesome 15-20mins YouTube hiit classes to get yourself moving. You just gotta do a little and often and the momentum you'll build will be healthy and happy!
Nothing can motivate u..... you'll always find an excuse. Temporary motivation will be of no use...its not sustainable.
The end result/ goal solely can drive u for that. Don't consider working out as a task to complete....just make it a daily habit same as eating or anything else.
