Most adoption agencies charge you nothing. It may take a few weeks or months for you and your dog to fully adjust to your new life together, and to establish a relationship based on mutual understanding.

You can adopt puppies from online and offline agencies and some of them do not charge at all. The puppy will take a week or so to be friendly with you and so will you but in a few months you both will be inseparable.
