To be honest, I’ve never struggled so much with my mental heath as I have during this lockdown. Art has always been a therapy for me right from childhood and it has definitely helped quite a lot in these tough times.
Being locked in house has somehow made the every day routine very monotonous.
These are some ways in which I am keeping my mental health at check:-
1. Writing a journal
2. Lisenting to good and soulful music
3. Talking to my closed ones on daily basis even if there's nothing to talk about
4. Whenever some thought process engages my mind, I simply try to take deep breaths and talk myself out of it.
5. Spend time with my pet
And this has specifically kept me very calm
