Intermittent fasting.. it has shown wonderful results
Drink lots of water
Eat proper 3 times meal
Having a bowl full of fruits atleast one time
Do walk atleast for 45 mins daily
Drink alot of water.
Do morning workout or yoga.
Avoid eating after 7pm
Eat in small small sections.
Don't cut on what you're eating Switch to healthy oils
Workout a lil . That should start it
Intermittent fast and have proper home made food and make sure that you don’t do over eating. The quantity of food should be lesser. No to fast food that’s it.
Proper diet and fitness regime would work! You can eat proper and burn it out. Simple
Just make sure you follow calorie deficit diet. And you don't have to compromise on your favorite food, just make sure you you exercise enough and stay consistent.
