Yes. I've become more thoughtful and considerate towards everyone around me or atleast I try to be. I've grown to be much less judgemental.

Noticed both. I had started having very negative and depressing thoughts, working on it through podcasts, meditation and keeping my self busy. Good thing was simultaneously I started taking more care of myself.

Well the positive change is that I've now become more calm and relaxed. Meanwhile negative change is my bad sleeping schedule.
