Yes, it is safe. The malls are following COVID-19 guidelines very brilliantly and also you need to take precautions by yourself too.

Yes i visited select city last week. The crowd is less compared to last year. They are checking your temperature and sanitizing your hands at every shop you will visit.

They just sanitize you're hand's and let you in. That's it. Even in the convenience store's also.
