Flipkart sent me a Mobil phone with broken seal and now they are not ready to replace it. Please suggest me what to do ?

This is not possible . there got to be a way to return , Mobile phones in general have a return or replacement policy especially from brands like MI , APPLE , SAMSUNG , OPPO , VIVO etc.. Contact Flipkart customer support. If you don’t know how , you can see online tutorials available in YouTube .
