Considering the climate change this year, is it good to visit and tour Delhi in late March/early April this year? Has the summer heat already begun?

This time of the year is the best time. Definitely shouldn’t wait further because it’s going to get hotter

Summer is approaching like June in March itself. Late March can go upto around 38-40 degrees.
