Just make a list of important things that must be covered in a day and split time accordingly. It is difficult in starting but you just have to follow 21 day's per habit rule.
First of all. You need to have belief. A belief that you will able to achieve this. Obviously it will take time. But you will automatically adapt the habit. Pen down your thoughts, Schedule. At the end of the day. Just put a tick mark, on the targets you have achieved and put a cross on targets not achieved. Slowly and gradually you will love the entire process. And BAM! You are done.
Remember how much time you wanna give to every activity and schedule ur day acc to it
Make a list if things you want to do in a day, then decide the at what time will suite you to do that work and start following that, do this for atleast 21 days and after 21 dats you will find that without any problem you will start doing those things

It depends upon the goals you have in mind. Break it down into simple and easy steps. In the beginning make it easy to achieve so that it becomes a habit. Once it become a habit it becomes part of your routine
