When it comes to long drives from Delhi with good food in between then Haryana side is the answer, whether you go to Karnal - Chandigarh highway or Gurgaon - Jaipur Highway, you'll find very good and organic food but don't go to the fancy dhabas/restaurants (like Haveli and all). Many places are there offering very good food.
