Try venting out those feelings through a medium by which your body feels relaxed for eg i dance when i am too stressed as i am able to express myself best through that! It can be multiple things for other people like you could try drawing, talking to someone, play your fav childhood game, do a random thing you've been wanting to do but didn't!
