Top AnswerTry lounges at Punjabi Bagh or Hudson Lane. Hudson Lane is a little less expensive than Punjabi Bagh. But using coupons from Dine out or Zomato you can get benefits.

I guess , café and lounge are not providing hoohak services because of pandemic situations.Romeo lane and antidot provides amazing services for hookah and cocktails . they serve delicious food as the same time. Must try!

Hookah and beer are not being served in cafe’s currently! But once the situation is better, you can definitely try Public Affair, 1 Oak, Dear Donna and Antidot!
