Try your hands on a course first. Although internships help largely, it usually depends on the company and the kind of work they require you to do, whereas with a course you are definite to pick up something and close to what you are trying to seek as a skill.

I believe that you should go for a course first, because that will light up you knowledge about the thing you are into, and will help you to be creative in it, explore it. And then go for an internship that will help you in practical world and help you to can industrial knowledge.

Internship, as it gives you practical knowledge while you learn

I think internship! First hand knowledge is always more beneficial than just reading something.

Internship. Because it always give you the practical knowledge about how things work which any course will never provide you.

If you think you have enough skills and don't have any interviews or anything upcoming try internships else courses are better

Depends on the kind of skill that you want to acquire. Let's say, event management is best learnt in an internship while something like Graphic Design can be learnt through a course.
