Zomato has recently put forward a proposal that will change the face of the dining experience after the restrictions from lockdown have been lifted and here’s what you need to know about this.
Future Of Dining?! | Zomato may introduce something called ‘Contactless Dining’ which will minimise the customer contact with anything that someone else might have touched. They plan to achieve this by way of using technology. This will include three major components ‘Contactless Menu’ - where you can scan a QR code and explore all the delish options that the restaurant has on offer. ‘Contactless Ordering’ - where you can place your order via the app and ‘Contactless Payment’ - you can pay your bill online using digital payment methods.
There might also be an additional feature that will either let you pay for yourself or for the entire table without any hassle. One of the major advantages of this apart from minimal contact is the fact the consumers won’t have to wait to place their order or pay for the same.
