You Will Now Need A License Of Rs 5,000 To Adopt Dogs Here In Delhi!

Are you someone who loves doggos and have been planning to adopt one and bring into your home for the longest time? Well, if you live in Ghaziabad, then this latest development is something that you have to read about, ‘cause it might change your plans for the near future!

Dear Doggo | Now residents of Ghaziabad will have to get a license worth Rs 5,000 if they’re a dog-parent or planning to adopt one. Yep, you heard that absolutely right. Prospective dog parents will now have to obtain this license from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi! Moreover, if your dog is found defecating in the park or on roads, you’ll have to pay a fine of Rs 500.

They’re also planning to keep a check on the dogs to make sure that have been vaccinated or not! Did you know Delhi and Gurgaon already have a ruling in place wherein the annual registration fee is Rs 500? Yep.
