Have you been distressed about the rising fares on the Delhi Metro? Yeah, we kinda feel you! But the silver lining is that you may soon be able to get a discount on DTC bus rides in the capital. Yeah, we know you’re ready to bombard us with questions. So, read ahead and you’ll get all the deets. 

10% Discount In DTC Buses?! | All you travellers may soon be able to avail a 10% discount in DTC buses on using your metro smart cards! That’s some relief, isn’t it? The idea is to promote the usage of metro cards for travel, not only in metros but also in DTC buses!

Remember we had earlier told you that metro cards are now being accepted for travel in about 5,500 DTC buses all over Delhi? To make people aware about its usage, DTC officials are arranging for audio and visual announcements about the card’s usage on buses. 

And oh, did you know that the Transport Ministry is planning to introduce a new card that you can use in the metro, cluster buses and DTC buses? Reportedly, the card is gonna have its own unique name too! 

Well, right now, we’re really thrilled about the discount that these guys have proposed. Let's hope it rolls out soon.
