Travelling from West Delhi to Gurgaon will become shorter by a major 30 minutes, making the journey, which currently takes 1 hour 35 minutes, come down to 1 hour 5 minutes, as soon as Magenta Line’s Noida to West Delhi connection goes live!
Travelling Made Easier | Plus, a couple more awesome things in line will follow suit as the metro will make a direct ride to South Delhi hubs like IIT, Vasant Vihar, Munirka and RK Puram, making things TONS easier! This will happen when the Janakpuri West - Botanical Garden corridor goes live, which will be connecting Noida with West Delhi.
Janakpuri West will become one of the most major interchange stations as it will be the first on Phase III of the metro, plus it’ll connect metro’s Line 3 with important locations such as Terminal 1 of the IGI Airport, Munirka, Hauz Khas, Nehru Place, and Botanical Garden in Noida. Sounds cool to us!
One of the main purposes of this intersection was to reduce pressure on Rajiv Chowk - amen to that!
