Here’s What’s Happening! | The news that you all had been eagerly waiting for is finally here. The Lajpat Nagar to Mayur Vihar I section of the Pink Line has FINALLY been thrown open to us peeps and we can’t keep calm! Do you know what that basically translates to? It means that you can now travel between Lajpat Nagar and Mayur Vihar I in 12 minutes tops! Yayy!

Also, this line will bring major markets of South Delhi like Lajpat Nagar, South Ex, Sarojini Nagar and INA closer to East Delhi, so it defo is time to rejoice. This metro line will also provide connectivity to the Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station and that really comes as a relief for us commuters, doesn’t it? Also, Mayur Vihar I will now be an interchange station connecting the Pink and Blue Lines of the Delhi Metro!
