With Pretty Artwork & A Unique Design, This Metro Station Is The World's Smallest

Did you know that Delhi is home to the smallest metro station in the WORLD? Yep! Read on to find out which one bears the title of the world’s smallest!

Who Is The Smallest Of Them All?! | The newly opened section of the Pink Line, connecting Lajpat Nagar and Mayur Vihar I has given the world its smallest metro station. It’s Ashram Metro Station that has set this new world record.

The unique thing about the station is that more space was added to it vertically and less horizontally. It is half the size of any other Delhi metro station, guys! Woah! And unlike other metro stations that normally have two levels, this one will have two floors, with one floor devoted to ticketing counters.

Apart from being the smallest metro station in the world, this one is also gonna be totally artsy. You’ll find pretty artwork around the theme of mother and child. We’re impressed by the way DMRC has constructed this fabulous metro station and can’t wait to check out the smallest metro station in the world soon!
