So what happens is that they take a batch of 24 people in a boat for an hour-long mesmerizing journey where you get to witness these beautiful birds in their habitat. 

The special part about this excursion is that it takes you up-close to view these pink beauties which generally isn’t possible otherwise. The guided tours are headed by people who’ve been trained by the Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) and take you 10 kms along the mangroves upto Vashi and back - nice.
